I was out shopping for a few unique items for the kids and I decided to get something from this location. I wanted to get some coins and I found that this store had a limited variety of nice looking silver, but no gold. I noticed that the jewelry display cases were empty without any displayed items. It reminded me of fake store fronts just used for other operational things. The clerk helping me was just okay. I had just called to ask questions and turned around to stop by and view what the store had to offer. This location and functional status was a bit off and not a comfortable environment. Upon entering the store, there is an electronic lock so I guess it's for safety...or not, who knows. It was mid day so I guess they could have just opened up the store. I completed my purchase of the five items and exited the store.

I visited them to get a quote on a couple things I wanted to sell. Although they did not buy them from me, I still had a great experience! While I was waiting, he sent pictures of my items to a specialist that he had readily available to give advice on specific items and brands. He was quick and informative. He thoroughly explained to me why they weren’t purchasing my items particular brand and even suggested using eBay if I still needed to sell them. Very professional, engaging and nice. I would still highly recommend this place! Plus, they have an amazing selection of jewelry and fine/precious metals and coins.

We sold them a big diamond ring and a lot of gold on 6/24/19 and we deposit the check! And they stop payment on the check! We don’t know! Why ! We have a copy of the check, and a bill of sale! We are letting people know so this doesn’t happen too you

I have been there looking for a ring for my wife the staff was very negotiable and I bought a GIA certified diamond in very reasonable price, the customer service was fantastic and they set the diamond for me at the same day. That is the service I was looking for i will be back for sure
