I purchased two tires online and scheduled an appointment to have them installed. I showed up for my noon appointment at 12:01 and walked out at 12:13. That is incredible!!! When I pulled up I was greeted by a friendly technician who pulled my car in. I walked inside to check in where I was greeted by another awesome employee and before our conversation ended he told me my car was ready to go!! This was definitely worth the drive from Denton to Lewisville! I will definitely be coming back here to do business!
Service was excellent, although the tires I needed weren't in stock my sales Rep Patrick ordered them and scheduled an appointment for the following day.. Great work Guys
I had a pleasant experience with this location. Not only were staff members courteous and respectful, all employees were wearing masks including mechanics! They were also being worn appropriately (above noses)! That’s rare to see these days. Much appreciated.
