I love using EZLynx for work. Makes quoting so easy (EZ)! Overall, they have given us fairly good service and we're looking forward to adding more features to our account. My only complaint is with one customer service rep (who may be our account manager). She has had a terrible attitude and almost blames us for not knowing the ins and outs of their system. Both my coworkers and I have experienced this, so I'm sure others have complained. I wouldn't let this one bad apple spoil the bunch. EZLynx is a great tool for all agents
Customer Service is a complete joke the software puts in erroneous date of birth along with home characteristics to my carriers. This has been reported multiple time. Technical Support refuses to even look into the issues and is a complete waste of time contacting them. At this point I am quoting blind.
I wouldn't recommend using them for your insurance management system. It's impossible to get actual support from a human from them. The only thing they can do is direct you to training videos and manuals.
Good work culture. Work on insurance based software for agents and carriers.
