I called today because my heat was not working after the winter storm. I found this company on the BBB.org website and they have an A rating! I appreciate that the receptionist asked if I had checked my circuit breaker first, as this is a common quick fix and could prevent me from having to use their service and pay the 79 service fee. The receptionist's honesty truly displayed the integrity of this company. After I had told her that I had already checked and this was not the problem, she quickly put me on the schedule for a service appointment THIS afternoon. I was quite impressed! I had called several AC and heating companies prior and this was the FIRST one where I actually spoke to a live person, who offered me same-day service. I also received a call stating a technician would be arriving to my home within 20 minutes of the appointment time. The technician, Shawn or Sean, came on time. I appreciate him for wearing a mask for COVID precautions and shoe covers to protect my carpets. He quickly solved the problem and found that my furnace door was open and the on switch had been turned off. He turned my furnace switch to on and shut my furnace door and my heat was back on! I was only charged the 79 service charge. I appreciate this company's professionalism, timeliness, efficiency, and integrity! I will DEFINITELY use them in the future for all my AC/heating needs!

Erin took my call and was very helpful. The information they gave me over the phone help me make sure I needed a service call. Sometimes I forget to change the filter and she wanted to make sure that a clogged air filter and a couple of other things were not the source of the problem. I bought this condo a year ago and it has a heat pump. I think the power bills are reasonable. It gets very hot in Carrollton, as you know, but the heat pump handles it. The system is ten years old, but they inspection revealed that I should get at least another year or two out of it. I took a couple of pics, because to be frank, had they told me the thing needed replacing, I would have bought a new system. It's good to have honest ac service contractors. I got the annual service agreement. That takes one more thing off my mind. When the equipment does have a major breakdown, I'll call Erin.
Very happy with their service. Even happier that they're not constantly trying to sell you stuff like other companies do. Furnace went out and they were able to come within a few hours and fixed me right up.
Frost brothers are the best! They have installed; fixed & done regular maintenance on several units of mine. Each time I have the same technicians-each one is very knowledgeable and extremely professional! All are very nice, always on time & take the time to explain things in detail. I highly recommend them!!!!
The tech arrived when he said and the preseason air conditioner service was a good price. I have used Frost AC and Advent. Both are good but I just feel Frost still has a personal touch.
