Great place for real toys you can't find elsewhere. I got a slot car track to race with my 3 year old daughter. She loves when I add commentary and the controls are simple enough for her to have fun. She loved picking her own car off the shelf. Much better experience than shopping online.

Pretty good size and selection shop. 3.5 stars if i could. I came in looking for a new 1/8 car for a friend and some starters for my new rig (body clip holders and paint for a new body shell). Salesman was alright; a younger fellow who didnt seem to have a lot of expertise in what i was looking for, but was helpful enough. Many parts werent available here, and i wasnt told that the new line of the trucks i was getting already came with body clip holders, but i didnt really care about that since i was getting a new body anyways. Good selection of paints and prices were great for paints, good for parts. If Youre looking for a new rig id recommend, but not for upgrades as the selection for specific cars may be lacking because of the wide variety of models offered. Shop has lots of other items like games, models, figures, toys, etc, and is a fun walkthrough. SUPPORT YOUR BRICK AND MORTAR HOBBY SHOPS!

They have an awesome selection, the employees are amazingly helpful, they answer any questions that you might have, if they don't have the part you need for your RC car or model they can order it and have absolutely no problem doing so. Super friendly and just a great experience every time I go in. Awesome shop!

2-6-2021 Overpriced. the helpers were rude and unhelpful, more worried about your mask than your money. No parts wht parts they have are marked up 50%. HOBBY TOWN DALLAS ON MOCKINGBIRD IS YOUR BEST BET!

It's a great place with a lot of things for most hobbies, though the model trains section is very lacking. Just a handful of trainsets and a few pieces of tracks. Kinda looking forward to more individual rollingstock and locomotives in HO. Visiting from Houston.

Great place, very courteous and helpful staff. Been out of the R/C hobby for quite a while. They helped me get everything i need and gave me advice on how to not catch the new batteries i ordered on fire. New go to place.

The reviews say knowledgeable staff but everytime I asked a price they had to ask someone else or acted liked they didn't know which object I was pointing at.I am very disappointed in service received there.I have been in several times browsing b/c I am looking for a hobby for my son and I.I have never had anyone ask to help or find out my interest there.I tried website but I am still confused and need help.I finally took my son and we planned on purchasing 2 rc cars but Noone helped us or really seemed to be interested besides a customer who gave me a few tips.I wish I would have exchanged numbers with him.We ended up purchasing one about 179 but wanted one that was over 200.I kept inquiring about it a real helpful employee like reviews says would have shown me and answered any questions and got me to leave with it.I would have taken 1 for me and 1 for son. Couldn't get Ps5 so we were going for a hobby instead. I spend 200 on my shoes so cars would be better investments. I even complained in a nice pleasant way to lady that rang me up. She said I should go to a location further away and maybe I could get help there b/c she works there. I'm thinking why when you couldn't help me here.All I wanted was a little help with explaining speeds and pricing so I could start giving them all my money. This hobby doesn't seem to be cheap so I just don't want to throw away money.I guess the 170 was enough for them. If it were busy I would understand but I even waited until we were last in store with with atleast 6 employees. I guess maybe we didn't look like their normal customers we don't get that service. Sad because all money spends same and my son is disappointed because we only bought 1and he wanted me to race with him.Now I'm online trying to find another place to shop.Very disappointed and upset for my son.
