Fantastic dealership experience. To me the actual buying of a car can be a horrible experience, but not here. Looking at cars is always fun, but dealing with salesmen is another story. Not here. I had a blast! I was treated with respect and got to laugh with James. I give my highest recommendation to James Zimmerman. Trust me, ask for him when you walk in. The dealership was great, but the best part was dealing with James. Only complaint is I feel like I was low balled on the trade in. Below you can see my new beast as well as my V6 trade in.

Did business with Lauryn Neale and I glad I did. She responded to me fast via email over some questions I had over a car I found in Car-gurus. Originally I was interested in purchasing a Jeep Cherokee she broke down how my monthly payments would look like, explained to me how Jeeps 0%APR for 72 Months actually worked (no discounts would be able applied to the car if I had chosen this route). Ended up deciding on going with a Grand Cherokee after falling in love with the drive ha! ALSO thank you Lauryn for NOT being pushy and being nice!

I first spoke with Lisa who started the process by calling me, to see if I still was interested in getting a new truck. She then referred me to Hamid, who had me do my app and got me approved. He then picked out a truck that met all my needs and wants. Hamid then made me an appointment, and when I arrived Hamid greeted and got me into my truck within an hour!! Then set in my new truck and made sure I new how to operate all my new and great features. This was the fastest and best truck buying experience I have ever had. I would recommend asking for Hamid when your ready to buy your new vehicle!! I only buy my trucks from Huffines Dodge!!

This car buying experience has been the best I have had in the 25 years of driving and buying cars. My wife, kids and I simply went to go look around at Jeep Wranglers when John Sheppard came out and introduced himself to our family. He asked us what we were looking for and showed us the models that fit those criteria. We fell in love with a dark charcoal grey Wrangler and decided we wanted to take it home. This was a very NO STRESS buying experience from a professional sales representative that makes you feel like your part of his family the second you open your car door. John took great care of us from start to finish he even introduced us to a parts representative in case we wanted to outfit our new Jeep with any of the coolest accessories that were out. Finance was also a no stress experience. I added the tire and rim protection like I do on all my vehicles and could not have been happier. I would say we are satisfied but that would be an understatement of how we really feel. John is Family now and Huffines Dodge is our home! Thank you everyone that had a part in this transaction behind the glass that we did not get to meet. See everyone at the first oil change.
