We have been with Lewisville Boxing team now for just over a year. My youngest son started first and a couple of months later my older son wanted to box too. Jamaal is an excellent teacher and so good with kids. My boys have learned so much not only about boxing but about perseverance, respect and much more. I highly recommend LBT!

Today I had my first session with Coach Lawson. I will most definitely be back next week for another one on one lesson. Coach Lawson thought me so much in one hour. Also the workout was a beast. I'm excited to see what else I'll learn and how in shape my body will be over time. I highly recommend if you want an great workout or trying to become an professional boxer.
