My husband and I went there initially looking for Nissan but once we pulled up and saw the number of different options they had to offer our minds definitely changed to finding something different and once we got peered with SPENCER it was an experience like no other, He was beyond patient and respectful of our budget a which made us able to find the best car with in our price range that works with their monthly payments ranged a we wanted to stay in. There is nothing like working with someone that not only respects what you're saying but Also respect the budget that share willing to stay in and not pressure you into getting into a car that you definitely cannot afford. When looking for a car definitely reach out to Spencer even after our car buying process was finished he was more than happy to answer questions about the car afterward which I was happy about now we have to infinity as in our driveway and we will definitely be reaching out to Spencer when we're ready to change again, Ask for Spencer he is the main reason why the Alves family left with a car that day and the main reason we will always send our friends there.

I contacted Nissan of Lewisville in hopes of assisting my nephew with purchasing a vehicle. I was blessed to speak with a professional sales consultant R. Spencer. We made an appointment to visit him at the dealership to take a tour and see what vehicles were available. Upon arrival a sales consultant greeted us at the curb prior to us exiting our vehicle (What does this show, a sales consultant very hungry and ready to make a sale. Very impressive)! We exchange greetings and we informed the sales consultant that we had a scheduled appointment with another consultant R. Spencer. He respectfully led us to R. Spencer. R. Spencer took the time to listen to our needs and request. He then took the time to educate my nephew & I on the available vehicles that he had to offer and provided the history on each vehicle. We then had the opportunity to take our time and walk the lot; identify several vehicles and test drove several vehicles without the high pressure sales tactics! After my nephew identified the vehicle of HIS choice, R. Spencer ran into a challenge into getting the deal completed. HOWEVER, he worked very DILIGENTLY and went above and beyond to make the sale happen! Thank you Mr. Spencer, for all your hard work. A job well done! Yes, I would definitely recommend Nissan of Lewisville! If you're looking for a great sales consultant; without the high pressure sales tactics; a sales consultant that is very professional with over 15 years of experience in the industry; very knowledgeable; gives the dedication and time to his customers and gets the job done, do yourself a favor and visit Nissan of Lewisville and ask for Rochean Spencer! I had great experience here in searching for the perfect car. Alisha and Nizar were AMAZING! They were very patient in helping me to decide on the right fit for me. Charles was also very helpful and thorough when explaining everything in the finance department. Scott and Brandon in the Service department were awesome!
