This is to recognize the excellent customer service and expression of humanitarian sympathy of Brandy Saleh, Print and Client Service Supervisor. While experiencing a very tough time of my wife's passing and making preparation for her funeral and burial services, Brandy stepped up most notably and without hesitation to help me. I created the art to print sophisticated funeral programs which included a magazine cover, obituary, and a lot of personal photos. All completed programs were needed before services start the next morning. However, we discovered that I was given a misquote the previous day and that all work would cost 3-times the original quoted price. Brandy got to work and applied a few discount coupons which cut the overall cost in half but still above the original quoted price. As the day went on and Brandy worked to complete the job, she discovered unexpected technical issues with machine and paper while trying to meet my requirements. Brandy read my wife's story and the work I was trying to complete and concluded that there was much love and effort to make this happen and she really wanted to make this special for everyone. So she upgraded my paper stock, assured the quality, manually bound the programs, and got all the work done on time while throwing in a few extras. The work was beautiful and I was happy to pay the higher quote. I can't thank Brandy enough for coming through for us with a more than required effort. She should be commended by her Area Manager and or Office Depot.

I want to share about the incredible experience I had a few days ago at the store in the print session. Please read it, it's important, if you work with clients, if you are a manager you can use this as to train your employees or if you, like me, are from another country and do not have English as a first language. I needed to print some flyers to offer my service and I had never printed a flyer before, especially in this pandemic moment where jobs have reduced. I have a good level of English, I can communicate and understand everyone, but unfortunately sometimes we come across impatient people or people who think that everyone has an obligation to know English and treat people badly and feel superior. I have had many of these experiences unfortunatley. I was lucky to be helped by Brandy, who gave me all the support, help and was very patient with me and made me happy and very satisfied. Her customer service was excellent. I would love to go to restaurants, post office, stores and etc and always have that kind of service. I say it all this from the heart!

The associate who was running the copy center, is a bare minimum kind of employees. Didn't even bother to ask if I knew how their machines worked, at least at fed ex they told you and had instructions written on how their fax machines worked. Wasted a bunch of time faxing the VA the wrong side of the document and then when trying to resend the machine ate my paperwork twice. Walk up to the associate inform them of an issue and recive\your asking to much stare and a sigh\, from said associate when their equipment fails twice. The only plus was how pain free my refund on the first fax was, hence two stars.

When in for custom printing at opening. An associate was behind the counter fiddling with equipment. Didn’t acknowledge my presence at all. Finally I got her attention. She said.... Print doesn’t open until 11am. Zero apologies. I remained calm and cool. What? Wasted drive and patience. Put that on your stores google info page too! She had zero, none, zilch empathy on her face or tone. Very matter of fact. BTW... I even tried to call before I headed out there. No one answers the phone. This store is not managed very well if they allow this. It starts at the top. I hope to God she wasn’t a manager of any sort. I want to be clear... she’s the only one I am disappointed with directly.

They wouldn’t help me print and I was struggling with the self service which no one would help with ):
