I would like to thank Earl and the other two young men that accompanied him who cleaned up a crawlspace for me. Our neighbors water heater leaked and all that water found its way into our crawl space. Earl and the team were quick to remove the water and place fans in there to dry it up. They were great at adjusting to my odd working hours and coming to my place to check on the drying process at a time that was convenient for me. The entire team was very professional and gives great customer service. Thank you for all your help. I will immediately contact them again if something like this happens again.

This is the second time I’ve used Regent for water mitigation. Both times they’ve given excellent service. Give them a call. They really are industry experts, especially Jeff. He was the supervisor that was in charge of this particular repair job, and he’s got a great No B.S. approach. He knows all the dirty tricks that insurance tries to pull and it was really impressive seeing his ability to get the insurance to agree to cover the costs. I’m sure there are other great contractors out there, but I’m always going to go with them because it’s a safe call and I know they will get the job done right. Thanks again Regent and special thanks to Jeff, Nichole, Nathan, and Jill for another job well done.

When all three of my pretty much healthy cats started having respiratory issues, I knew something weird was going on. After reading millions of articles, changing foods, switching litter brands, changing cleaning products, buying air purifiers, nothing ended up working. My intuition was telling me that I should probably get the house inspected for mold after I too started having headaches. John was able to help me get on the right path. I knew before buying this home that there was water damage, but the previous owner told me he had already hired a mitigation company to fix everything. John saw the mold almost immediately when he went to check out the crawlspace. He showed me the photos and explained the pricing and all the steps he would take to get it removed safely. My cats health bills were adding up. We’re in a pandemic. And now I have mold. Awesome. It was extremely frustrating, but John was so incredibly helpful and kind. He treated the crawlspace and tested other areas of the home for any other mold growth. Whenever him and his guys arrived they were always so pleasant and got straight to work to get everything cleaned. Great news! No mold in the attic! My only complaint is that there was an issue regarding my payment for some work that I had already paid for, but the billing ladies were quick to fix it. I don’t know what else to say, except thank you for all the hard work ladies and gentlemen!

Nathan was supremely professional and helpful during his time working on our project. We appreciated his thorough observation of all the areas of possible moisture and water damage in our ceiling and sheetrock. Nathan, Michael, and the rest of the guys were very hard-working, methodical and efficient. They took care of everything, including moving furniture around and putting things back in order when the job was completed. Because I was paying for this restoration out of pocket, they were willing to negotiate price and I received a very reasonable discount. We are very pleased with the outcome of the work and we want to thank you guys for being so flexible with the financing.
