Last Monday we had some tree brunches and brush piled on the side of the road for pickup. Truck came by and picked up regular trash but not piled up wood. I called HOA to check on rules(republic replaced WM last year and before stuff was always picked up, no issues whatsoever). They told me to call the directly to clarify if second truck was coming by to pick up the rest. Very friendly and professional customer service agent explained that all tree brunches must be cut and placed in trash bags or tied with rope into easy manageable bundles. I told her we would correct if they could send the truck back. My husband went back out to get it done and before he was even half way done garbage truck came back around. Guys took all the branches, even the ones that weren’t yet properly cut and bundled. They were very friendly and understanding. Thank you

Use a different landfill this Has to be the worst landfill most unorganized in the DFW area they have three brand new scales and only choose to use the one with trucks lined up to the front gate They’ll make sure their trucks can make it through but have all the other customers sitting in a long line
Unfortunately these guys somehow have a monopoly on this area. I have been calling for two weeks to get a dumpster redelivered with no response.
It always amazes me how 2x/week a week I put out my trash and it goes away without fail not to mention the special pick-up - no matter how how hot or cold, dry or wet it is. And, now with the world in chaos, y'all are still here. THANK YOU! And, be safe.
I never had bad experience with republic service, waste management always pick my trash by 4pm reciclaje at 8am, never like too complaint if they pick that day good is not I can wait next day, be a driver or helper probably is not really easy job to do went you had to pick 200 cans of regular trash they driver other way to Plano and down, they come in back and pick the reciclaje, i will said 120 can only for one sección they work hard 100 degrees out side, it is raining hot weather is bad or not their there Holliday they work to pick your our mess some people don't care about other's, every single job not matter what you do is hard, if you cleaned toilet, dogs sitting any type off job is bad is hard, so don't complain just because reciclaje or thrash can is not been pick up at the time or you call for a new trash you never had, be patient and blessing what you had what you do, just thing some times those guy they took their lunch time at 2:pm and is not only a complete lunch break 15 minutes is not enough. But they care What they doing Probably you ask you self why I am defending them's Some times I can see my driver and the helper under bad weather. I Make their snack from me and made me fell happy and grateful, you never will be next on you!! This is my experience
