We ordered a deep friend Cajun turkey breast for thanksgiving. Online ordering was easy as was in store pickup. Turkey reheated perfect and was delicious! We will definitely be repeat customers!

We have ordered the Cajun Turkeys many times over the years; this was our first experience having Billy’s boiled Crawfish ... AMAZING!! They were the BEST EVER!... We are born & raised from New Orleans & rarely find this quality boiled crawfish anywhere else inside or outside of New Orleans. Thank you Billy for allowing us to now have what we’ve been searching for for years️

Great Cajun food to take home and cook. Tur-duk-hen, Boudan, Fried Turkey, Cajun stuffed boneless Chicken, dirty rice! Yum!

I went to them a few years ago when they were in Richardson. We were not disappointed we had gotten a fried turkey. Our first time having one it was great. The flavor was through out the whole turkey. Down to the bone. I will be visiting them again for our next fried turkey.

Billy, when your Cajun Turkey Company made a "terrible mistake" and didn't ship my Thanksgiving Turkey Dinner, you were very apologetic, said you'd issue a refund and send me your personal cell number, and to call you because you were going to send me a Cajun Turkey dinner GRATIS because you were VERY SORRY. So far, no credit issued on my card, no email with your cell number and no return call to 3 messages I've left by email and phone. I wasn't and still am not looking for something for nothing....You offered. I would just like you to do, at a minimum, what you said you were going to do.

My wife and I ordered the Cajun fried turkey and we both agree it was the BEST fried turkey we’ve ever had. The seasoning was delicious and the white meat was just as juicy and tender as the dark. We’ll be ordering from them again. We highly recommend The Cajun Turkey Company.
