Mark was her a week ago and checked our dryer and let us know what was the problem and what was needed to fix it and that he'd return as soon as the parts arrived and he'd call us to set up a good day and time to repair it. And that is what he did exactly! Very nice and pleasant man. And he loves my tea! Lol! Thank you for a good experience and for being so kind while you were doing it. Sam arrived on time and diligently worked to solve the mystery of what was causing the water leaking into the pan. When he found it he willingly explained it to me and corrected the problem. He cleaned it all up , not leaving a mess for me to contend with. It was an efficiently run repair job, done very well!

Had the owners son Nick come out to fix our dryer two weeks ago. Everything was fine after he left and two days later the dryer went out again. Tried calling for an appointment and he scheduled us for a week out just to call and cancel and reschedule for another two weeks. To be a family business they do not run as one and act as if they work for the government. All persons are rude when you call and I am now stuck with a broken dryer and loss of 400 Would not recommend
