My daughter and I went to figure out if she needed a new battery and the gentleman who helped us was lovely! Not only did he take the time to assure that it actually needed replacing, he installed a new one for her. He also ran a general diagnostic test due to a light that was on and told us that everything looked fine and reset it for her. Nice to have a place you can trust.

I was in there about a week ago and there was a woman who try to find a part for me and didn't know exactly what to look for. I told them what we most likely problem was and they ignore that. when she asked for help from a young man standing over the counter with a phone in his hand said he had better things to do. I will no longer be a customer here and I will encourage everyone I know not to go here. I have visited the auto zones in Staunton Virginia and Waynesboro Virginia and I'm happy with their service but the one in Lexington seems to be particularly hard to deal with
