I was pleased with how fast i received my item. If i could change one thing, I just don't like that i had to pay to return my item. I wish they provided a return label. But overall still happy with my purchase and how fast the exchange did take place.

Don't be like me! Ordered an infrared heater a month ago and my credit card was billed right away, but I never received an order. That was a red flag I shouldn't have ignored. I've reached out via email and phone multiple times with no response. I've filed a claim with my bank. Really wish I had checked the Google reviews first. So so mad. Stay away!
I should have read the reviews. I had the other option to purchase a bit from a box store but thought I would help support a smaller owned business. I placed my order on 3/18/21. My card was charged immediately and I got an order confirmation but no shipping information. I think two weeks is long enough to at least "process" the order and get it put in the mail, or return contact attempts. I have tried to contact them by facebook and phone. Email with order # sent per reply from company.
Do not buy something from this "company." The lady is a liar and thief. We bought a saddle, months later we finally got a hold of her only to find out the saddle was "out of stock". Still haven't seen a refund from her. Any good reviews are surely fake. EDIT TO REPLY:, I have given you the order name numerous times in my several emails I have sent. I had to receive the refund through my bank as I am sure you would have never given it to me. (I am sure that was your original intention). Funny how quickly you responded to a bad review but no other lines of communication. Once again. BUYERS BEWARE!!
If I could give negative stars I would. This woman stole 750 from me. Been a year still no refund & no response. Now having to take her to court for theft. In response to your reply...I will gladly show anyone all the emails from you. Wanted me to try and get a refund from my bank by filling a dispute instead of her refunding my on merchandise she sold me she couldn't even get knowingly. Been almost a year and still no refund she promised. Lies upon lies and my bank won't cover it because I paid her online willingly. She's a crook. Look her up on Better business bureau she done this to several others.
I don't usually write reviews, but I called and spoke with someone about a blanket and they really helped me alot. I got the blanket in 3 days. Great experience. Thank you for your help.
