Amazing dealership! I had been to another dealership in Louisville the day before and was very frustrated. Mike Chisely and his finance manager were great to work with, we were able to come to a deal quickly with a vehicle that my daughter really liked. If you want a Good Deal when you come at the Door Ask for Navarre Smith if he off go home come later , I was rip off from Car dealership before with hidden fees and all type of useless warranty but friend of Mine refer me to Navarre Smith ,he took care of Me but you have to be Really Patient because his super busy at the end of the day your patience will pay for .I was in a situation I needed a Honda Civic newer model ,he was able to find it for me and my range price tell him straight forward how much you have and what you want if you don’t know what you want I’ll help you out I cannot talk about the other salesman but I think they are good too Don Franklin do not pay me to say anything on this post I take full responsibility I am honnest and legit that why I am number one in Kentucky google contributor . One more thing free water and clean bathroom.

Customer service was wonderful! We went to a few dealers to check out vehicles before landing at Don Franklin and let me tell you, their customer service was 100% better than the others. They gave us a great price on our trade-in, worked quickly to get us out of there as fast as possible, and got us a great rate on our auto loan. When I approached this lady to the inquire about her Hyundai Palisades satisfaction, she was excited to tell me about her car and her wonderful experience working with Misty. I bought a brand new Hyundai Santa Fe 2020 from Don Franklin as an out of state customer, so naturally I did not check the new vehicle prior to taking delivery. I noticed on Autotrader the price was unusually low for this vehicle. I took delivery by meeting a driver and did not bother to check under the hood because it was a new car, who checks under the hood of a new car? Big mistake and I was taken advantage of. They sent me a vehicle that had extensive damage to the engine from a rodent which I noticed around 30 days later from engine insulation literally falling out from underneath the vehicle. I contacted the sales representative, Nicholas Sexton, who instead of offering to make the situation right accused me of having had this damage within 30 days after receiving the car, while my car was sitting in a new houses garage in Nashville, TN and I was under quarantine. After several days of getting nowhere with the dealership I contacted Hyundai Corporate and the dealership finally offered to replace the car with a new undamaged vehicle. Had it not been for Hyundai Corporate I don't believe this dealership would have done the right thing. Awful experience, I'll never buy another Hyundai again because of this one fraudulent dealership who sold me a new vehicle which was extensively damaged and they knew beforehand I most likely wouldn't check under the hood upon delivery. After receiving the replacement vehicle I was sent paperwork for signature after being on vacation during the 4th of July holidays. I sent the paperwork back and was texted this morning (7 days later) saying a man had been to my house and office looking for me in Nashville. I had no prior notice to this text that he needed my signature and would have been happy to give it to him had I been in town. I now have had to file a second complaint with Hyundai corporate since they seem to be the only decent people associated with this dealership.
