This rest area was clean and had ample parking. Just a quick stop of the highway and you can get back on immediately after a short break.

I stopped here late at night due to the hard rain, and napped, then at 7am got up to leave. When I first parked hours before, I noticed a drenched green plastic bag next to my truck. At 7 it was still there when I woke up, and then the employee picking up trash started yelling at me, and I said to him I didn’t drop it, he claimed it wasn’t there before, eventhough it was drenched in water from the earlier rain. I politely said again that I didn’t drop it, and he kept yelling and then claimed they will run cameras and fine me by my license plates. If there are cameras, I took screen shots of the time and date, and I will expect pictures of said evidence. It’s not his job to yell and accuse people who just pulled out of the rain to be safe. And that bag was there at least 4 hours earlier.
