I was driving from MA to GA and stopped for gas near Lexington, VA at 7pm. I noticed I had a screw stuck in my back tire. Had to spend the night at a hotel. First thing next morning, I headed to h&j and told them I needed a tire patched right away so I could get back on the road. They got somebody on it right away and patched it up quickly. Their service and price was outstanding and I made it back to GA that day. I was in a pinch, and j&h came through big time. I definitely got the sense that the kind and courteous folks there know how to run a business right! Highly recommend!

They do a good job for oil changes and tires. But they don't take appointments. You have to drop off first thing in the morning or they won't guarantee they can get to you. No walk-ins after 9 am, generally. It would be so much easier if you could make an appointment.
Really great people, very nice and they will do their best for you. They don't overcharge or oversell, just fix your car as quickly as possible and they do a great job.
A tire place should know that an AWD vehicle needs all 4 tires replaced. Too expensive as well
I was their on Wednesday because my son had court and while waiting my car wouldn't start and 2 officer's tried to start my car so one officer recommended to my son to run across the street to see if they would look at my car. My son and a young lady came. She was very sweet so to make a long story short she tapped my starter and offered me to park my car on their lot just incase it wouldn't start again. After we got out of court it was pouring down rain and I ran to the car and got in. My son went in to get my keys and thank them again. I love the Town and the people in it. It made a us feel comfortable in a stressful time. I would recommend H&J Tires to anyone. THANK YOU
