The sales staff was great. Answering all my questions about the differences between vehicles I was interested in. The finance guys were very helpful explaining things. The technology specialist made sure I understood all the bells and whistles on my new Lexus RX 350! Love it and highly recommend Lexus of Lexington!

Great customer service from my sales professional Dave Thomas at Lexus of Lexington!!! Dave took his time and answered all my questions and was very patient during the entire process. He showed me multiple vehicles and was upfront the entire time. The banking process was easy and the gentleman that worked with me on this was honest and gave me all the options to choose from. Being in the customer service industry, I understand how important it is to leave reviews. I have used Lexus of Lexington several times over the past 10 years to purchase cars for me and my family. They have always treated us with respect, kindness and stand behind their work. I want to give Taylor a shout out for her amazing service. It took hours for us to empty our vehicles and transfer them to the new one. She came in several times helping us with transferring the items (it was even work truck items and she didn’t mind to help at all). Everyone involved from Sales, Technology and Finance were absolutely amazing. Thanks again Lexus of Lexington for such great service and we look forward to seeing you again

I purchased a used Toyota Avalon from the Lexus of Lexington dealership and this was the best car buying experience! When I arrived at the dealership Mr. Pollard (sales consultant) met me at the door with the key in hand so I could test drive the car. I had a trade in and Mr. Day (pre-owned sales manager) assured me that he would do everything he could so I could get top dollar for my Toyota Camry (that had 242,000 miles), and he did! I had already secured financing prior to arriving at the dealership, however that did not keep Mr. Levey (finance manager) from finding me a better deal! This team was professional, attentive, and personable from the beginning to the end! My drive back home (Nashville, TN) was smooth!

My background was coordinating indirect lending with auto dealerships and credit unions in several states before leaving employment 15 years ago. A person recommended me to Steve Day for a Lexus. I told him what I was looking for, which is very hard to locate currently. One had just arrived. He very quickly informed me and answered all my questions with no pressure or rushing and gave me a fair price. Once I said yes he turned me over to a excellent salesman, Dewayne Bernitt. Dewayne was very patient answering all questions quickly with pros and cons of options I ask about adding on. To close the deal I met a driver from Lexus of Lexington in Bowling Green, KY. Dewayne made sure I saw all paper work before that. You will not find a better courteous efficient salesmen. Yes, he was just as quick to answer a text after the sale and took care of the item. Excellent experience at Lexus of Lexington so much so that it was worth driving from Cincinnati to get there. Jeff Payne was wonderful from the start and stayed late to take care of us. His technical consultant Lori was also very helpful in explaining all the new gadgets on my Lexus ES. Thanks again.
