Numotion used to be very good. I grew up with the company helping me with my wheelchair needs. Their was an older guy that always helped me out. I feel like since he left numotion has went downhill. One occurance a man came to sumbit paperwork on my new chair and didn't even put in the order. The last man was supposed to fix up my chair for the year and didn't make it wide. The back still folds on its own and doesn't lock and he was an hour and a half late. I haven't heard from them about the power wheel im supposed to get and it's embarrassing when I can't even back into my chair all the way. It's embarrassing when my backpack is so close to my wheels they wrap around them and I'm left stuck. After I get my power wheel I have decided I am not returning. I don't care if I have to find someone in Louisville. They lost my respect when not providing me mobility needs.

Service man was running behind. Called me up to reschedule was more interested in getting home than replacing a much-needed part on my wheelchair that I desperately need. Had to wait a whole extra week because his lack of responsibility to do his job!
