This place is such a gem. Like stepping back in time. Everyone was friendly and the food was affordable and delicious (the best combination)! A great stop for breakfast if you’re traveling through. We had the French toast and gravy biscuits. Gravy was delicious and made with real sausage. Loved the special touches like creamer in a little pitcher and the Christmas decorations. Everything was very clean and the waitresses were friendly. Recommended.
Called for pick up and it was ready in less than 10 minutes. Great home cooked meals at reasonable prices with friendly service. Love their beans!
Stop here for breakfast before heading home from our little mountains getaway. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Definitely a local hangout. Food was pretty good and very reasonable prices, a big breakfast for 2 was less then 20. Definitely would go back next time in the area. Cash only though
Its always a good sign when there is a line of locals at the door waiting for a restaurant to open. That’s exactly what I found as I rolled up. Absolutely perfect small town restaurant. Everything you need, nothing you don’t. Clean, correct decor, cash only. Parking lot was nearly filled by the time I left breakfast. Clearly this place is doing something right. Just over 10 for a three-egg ham and cheese omelette with bacon, toast and coffee. Can’t beat it!
