We wanted gas logs install in our fireplace. The wife and myself visited Southern Propane on October 16th. We picked out a set of logs we liked. The woman at the desk made an appointment for an installer to visit our home on the afternoon of the 19th. He called to let us know he was on the way, arrived and looked over our fireplace and area for tank placement. He stated I would receive a proposal for the total cost. I told him cost did not matter, if within reason, we wanted the gas logs. He stated he would bring the copper line as I planned to run the pipe myself. That was the last we heard from Southern Propane. On the afternoon of December the 14th. I stopped by their office to get an update on my install, originally told it would be 6 weeks at the most. The woman at the desk had no information concerning my gas log install. No paper work, nothing on the computer. I gave a thank you and left. Still wanting gas logs if anyone has recommendations for a reliable company.

I came by last week to get my tank filled and Samantha was so super sweet and has a great personality!
Had appointment set for 3 weeks for 3pm today. No show I called. Hung up on twice, they said guy come by but has left for today. Really I waited 3 weeks for this. Lady said she was out and dont know who told me a time they dont normally do that. Advised lady at front desk I'll be going elsewhere. Bad experience from the get go. They said they called, I think not no missed calls no messages. Moving onto the competitors.
