Alice was completely knowledgeable about muscle groups and fibers. Her instructions were clear. She took excellent account of work and sports history. She was interactive and answered all questions in a way that I could understand. Happy with her attention to detail.

Alice knows muscles! She is excellent at teaching you to listen to your body, and gives great care and attention to your feedback as she progresses through the massage. She also listens carefully to your personal health/injury history and uses it to inform and target her massage. She helped release some tight muscles surrounding an old shoulder injury, and gently released significant tension that I was holding in my neck and shoulders. She also educates her patients in habits contributing to muscular health, and has many practical and easily-implemented suggestions. I recommend her to all my friends and family.
