Very friendly. I ran short of landscaping gravel from Landscaper's Corner about a month ago. They refused to sell me a few small buckets to finish my job. Went to Tracy's and they had no problem selling me the amount I needed to finish. Highly recommend.

Worst mulch ever purchased and miserable customer service (zero stars is more accurate). My mulch spreader took a chance on purchasing mulch from this outfit the other day, their so called \premium\ dark hardwood mulch. The entire load was laden with golf ball or larger size chunks which are now hard as a rock and all beds now need to be raked out. Upon speaking to a representative, all he offered was \we tell the contractor to inspect the load and only buy it if they want it...\ in other words, buyer beware. I get it that bad loads of mulch happen from time to time due to weather, rain, etc. But the fact that these guys won't stand behind their product when they sell a bad load reeks in this day and age of bad business practice. Hopefully, the rep on the phone does not represent the policy of the entire company. If he does, buyer beware...

For years I went to this location for mulch when it was Johnson Trucking. I recently visited and was pleasantly surprised by all the landscape material they have until I priced it. 3 ton of small river gravel was twice what I paid at Landscape corner, almost across the street.

I bought the 50/50 soil which in my opinion was perfect for what I needed it for. I have an extensive garden with lilies and roses. I wanted to expand the garden for herbs and vegetables, so I went here and spoke to a lovely lady who recommended this soil. Can’t beat the price locally and honestly wonderful kind people work here. They will have my business for life, for all my landscaping needs! Thank you guys so much

Competitively Priced top soil compost 50/50 mix, however it was sold as \gardening soil\ which it has way too much clay content to be used as such ( at least for vegetables). After getting wet the product is closer to a consistency of making bricks than the loamy consistency one would like for vegetable gardening. As showcased it is held in a nice loose dry covered bin which masks this. Word to the wise is to wet some in a pail before accepting the product as this will help you determine the clay content by feel. Roll it into a ball and squeeze into a ribbon. If this ribbon doesn't break for 2 inches or more it's too much clay for a vegetable garden. (reference uk's cooperative extension \determining soil texture by feel\) Don't be like me, I unfortunately did not do the proper research on the product before buying and took the recommendation over the phone to purchase this and regretted it after. Tracy's claims they have the same supplier as a competitor just around the corner but the replacement purchased from that company was vastly different and lived up to expectations. Do your own quality control test as described above because the differences in the two products to my eye shows that Tracy's failed to do so or are being misleading about the products being the exact same.
