Gail was amazing. She was kind, patient and encouraging through the entire process. I simply can't thank her enough for her helpful suggestions and her ability to guide me on my path. After a few months of working with her, I found my new career path. I was very lost after a career ending injury and didn't know what to do with myself. Gail helped me figure out my strengths and how to use them. I'm now enrolled in a Graduate school program and headed towards my new dream career.

Gail was great. Over the course of few months, Gail challenged me to focus on my goals and market my skillset to start-up executives. When our work started, I felt in limbo with the company. Through Gail's coaching, I built up the confidence to let my employer know exactly what I was looking for and why. Recently, I was told I would be hired full-time, in the position I desired, with a salary that is expected to be about double what I had been making as a part-time employee. Gail was great to work with! Kind, patient, and asked questions I hadn't even thought of before. She helps you hold yourself accountable for figuring out what you want and sticking to your plan for getting it. It's also great that she doesn't require any minimum number of appointments like some other counselors do.
