Fast and friendly Riz my service rep. Was fantastic! The young woman at the desk helped with my confusion without out being rude or condescending. She was a pleasure to speak with. 5 stars plus an extra one for making me feel welcome and comfortable as a first time Lexus owner.

I like Lexus service as their technicians are very knowledgeable. Naturally the price of service is high as it would be for a luxury car. The service center is really run down. It took me 2 and 1/2 hrs for an oil change when I was the first person there. Love the car, knowledgable staff but not the slow service or run down facility.

This was one of the Greatest experiences that I have had to date, I got one of the most amazing cars…Exceptional! Speaking of Exceptional, This experience would not have been possible without Freddy Batista. Freddy is a Great Personality, Not just a Great Sales Person. Freddy is always Extremely pleasant and accommodating and I love that he knows exactly the Level of Trim that I am interested in and Never attempts to sell me on something that he knows I wouldn’t like, Freddy is always interested in ensuring that the customer is happy during and after the purchase. This is my fourth Lexus and the second that I have worked with Freddy to purchase, I can truly say that Freddy brought me back to loving Lexus all over again. His communication is clear, His personality is Great and his understanding of the relationship is impeccable. Would I recommend it, I would tell anyone to go to Lexus of Rockville Centre, Ask for Freddy and you absolutely cannot go wrong!

I wish 0 stars was an option for the lackluster service I received at this location. I made an appointment by phone to look at a vehicle I want to purchase. The rep asked me my name and what type of car I was interested in purchasing. The day of my appointment my husband and I sat with our rep whom was not prepared and didn’t show interest in the fact that he had customers . Also he was not wearing his mask. While he flipped through his little note book looking for his notes about the appointment I set up, he offered my husband and I a beverage. When we declined he replied “You don’t have to purchase the beverages they are free.” No I don’t want your beverage because I do not want to remove my mask I responded. Well this “professional” rep never found my notes and asked me what type of car I was interested in again. Once I reminded him he pointed to one in the showroom and told us we can look at it. At this point I was so turned off by this service I received I wanted to leave. I never expected that I would have to impress my car salesman. I walked into this dealership ready to purchase a car and walked out insulted and questioning do I even want to purchase a Lexus, based on the service I received it seems as though they don’t need my business.
