He was an awesome personality, with excellent produt knowledge. He gave us the car for a test drive, we drove it and found that quality is excellent. We worked with Mark Hernandez to get our new Lexus. Mark went above and beyond to get what we wanted, and was super honest and easy to communicate with. When we were waiting for delivery, he noticed that an accessory had not been installed and told us about it. We wouldn't have noticed had he not told us about it. This is definitely the best car buying experience we've ever had. The finance and delivery processes were also very smooth and efficient. Kudos to Lexus of Seattle!
Lexus of Seattle did a great job servicing my vehicle. There were many points that made a good impression on me: 1. Someone from the service center was there to greet me as soon as I pulled into the service receiving area. 2. I waited minimal time before a service advisor was ready to help me. 3. I was offered a clean loaner vehicle due to the length of my service for the day. 4. I received a video of the vehicle inspection from the garage (I love, LOVE this feature.) 5. I was able to review and approve any additional work that was suggested or necessary. 6. I received a call from my service advisor about the additional work to clarify the issue and cost. 7. The work performed by Lexus has always held up without requiring a return.
