In the market for a new vehicle and read the good reviews, so thought we would stop. We were hunted down by the salesman before evening walking onto the lot and he thought it appropriate to begin the sales pitch with a cigarette in his hand. We smoke too, but this it is nasty when smokers just ASSUME others want to be around it. That is NOT professional. Anyways, we let the man know what our price range was and he continuously tried to sell us vehicles that were 5k over out top end price. After not too long we realized that he was not going to give us room to look around on our own (since he was only offering up info on cars far outside our price range), so we decided to leave. He had grabbed our contact info and promised to call the next day with any additional information on new cars bought at an auction the previous day. Not surprised at all....but he didn't call. I highly suggest that you DON'T listen to the positive reviews and avoid this place at all costs. Also, isn't it always funny when something goes wrong with your car after going car shopping. This time I got a flat tire out of nowhere. Not accusing, but definitely interesting...

We bought our used Excursion from LG in June 2018. It started having problems immediately. We brought it in under their "warranty" to have it checked out and they couldn't find anything wrong. It was overheating, shaking, having tons of problems. My husband finally found out the engine blew a head gasket...Three months after we purchased it! We took it to a machine shop who said the damage was so bad it was going to cost us 5,000 to fix. The truck was only worth 8,000. We called LG and they seemed like they were going to help. We spoke to the owner who told us they wanted to work it out, and he would get back to us the following Wednesday after speaking to his partners. I haven't wanted to write a bad review because I honestly thought they seemed like they cared. That was about a month ago and we haven't heard back. We have called back and left numerous messages. The salesman that sold us the truck was extremely rude and basically told us it wasn't his problem. Meanwhile, our family was left without transportation. I would not trust them. I am completely heartbroken we have to pay on a truck that doesn't even run and it seems like these guys are just out for the money.
The best family I got! The salesman Van and the staff at LG Auto have been beside me every step of the way on my car buying process. It has been a nightmare looking for a car, but when I got here, they made my experience fun and relaxing. They made sure I had the best options available to me, as well as taking care of me for all my car needs even after the car was bought. I recommend seeing Van and the rest of the staff here!
It's been 2 months since I bought my car from here was a great experience but the staff made it a good experience Nico and the finance manager John are amazing honest professionals. Bought a car in pretty good shape needed minor repairs they were professional and took care of it Immediately. Overall I'm impressed!!
I worked with Nico. He made the car buying experience very easy and stress free. He worked with my schedule even staying late and helping me get a great vehicle at the price I wanted to pay. My experience was great! They really understood that I was a college student who worked part time. They tried their absolute best to get me in a car that fit within my price and mile range, while also being comfortable. They didn't force me into anything and answered all my questions with no hesitation. The best part is that all cars come with a basic warranty through a third party. I am so glad that I was referred to this car lot! Most importantly, I finally found a car lot that I can trust and I am looking forward to buying many more cars from them in the future!
