Very fast work on my truck! The shop and service department were excellent. Very nice break room. They get a discount at holiday in express. And offer a ride there. They kept in contact on how my truck was doing and they are also pet friendly.

Broke down and had to get towed in. Got there too late to look at it the day I got towed in but they got it in the next day and found the problem and fixed it (2 broke ground wires on the engine wire harness). Most of the other reviews are about right. They do not get in a hurry but the job got done right the first time. Snow at the service desk was really friendly and nice as along with the mechanics I talked to. Wayne worked on my truck and was professional and nice. Even tho my truck is a Western Star they still worked on it. Freightliner wouldn't of been able to get me in till next week. I was in the shop on Thursday 28/5/2020

I cannot say enough good things about this shop. After my truck have been put in several Kenworth dealerships for repair this is the only shop to do it correctly. Josh the mechanic was great. He talked to me he let me know what was going on and listen to me as far as what issues I was having. Their shop rates were affordable. If you have to stay overnight and need a motel room go to the South Winds Inn. This will be my go-to shop from now on.

They take awhile but they do get the job done tho. Snow at the service desk is very friendly and nice . They have a shuttle to get you back and forth to a motel . But overall Im satisfy with the work except for the waiting part
