People may not realize how the COVID tragedy has completely overwhelmed every aspect of daily life- especially funeral homes. They are not only dealing with the normal amount of deaths that occur at any given time (as was the case with my beloved father), but the unique, unrelenting circumstances during a pandemic. Brian & Alise have been genuinely sympathetic, empathetic & personally engaged with us throughout the entire process- not least of which, is instantly remembering very specific details of our family & situation upon answering the phone, while greeting me by my first name. These things may not seem so extraordinary on their face, but when you’re grieving the unexpected loss of your dad, while having to consider social distancing guidelines in making final arrangements & all the other matters that need to be dealt with following the death of a loved one, that type of personalized service, attention to details & true kindness is by far, the EXCEPTION, not the rule & is appreciated more than words can say! Thank you so much, Brian & Alise!
