Love this place! When I’m traveling though KC, I always try to plan a meal here. Always great! Great choices. Great brisket, and sides. COVID is taking its toll, dining room open and they do have drive up. Employees super nice. One thanked me for stopping.

Pretty mid-line bbq place for the area, but a good one by other standards. Comparable pricing, with a good brisket sandwich. All sandwiches come dry, so an extra side of sauce is a requirement, the Texas version of sandwiches do actually come spicy, so thats a bonus.
Part of my order was missing. I called them and was told to drive to the store and get it. If I could of driven there I wouldn't of used grubhub. The cobbler was not cobbler. The description was of what you would think when you got cobbler. I received a cobbler brownie type dessert. The ribs was very good and Cooked just right. The pulled pork was dried out with no flavor. My fried okra was fresh, crisp and seasoned perfect. Couldn't tell you about the rest because I didn't receive it. Will not be using them again.
I went there tonight looking for some good barbeque and I went inside, was pleasantly surprised everyone was wearing their masks and so polite. While waiting for my food they made it a point to converse with me when able, helping my time go by... Not to mention accurately put together and delicious to the last bite... Thanks so much I will be back
Food was EXCELLENT. Boyfriend and I have never been here and decided on whim to come here. Whoever is on the grill knows how to cook! The okra was GREATTTTTT. The staff was very nice as well!
