I toke a Kids bike here to get the breaks fixed and Adjusted. I called about two days before and Were told the part would cost about 8 to 20. Two days later I went to drop the bike off to find out the bike mechanic was not there. I then talked to a employee who knew nothing about bikes. I was also treated poorly and like I knew nothing. I was told it would take one to three weeks to repair, with having to order parts. After a week I was not contacted at all. After all that when we went to pick the bike up I found they had messed with the bikes gear system and the bike was more broken than Before . I was also told the repairs would cost 140 which is more then the bike was bought for and is more then its worth. I would highly recommend NOT taking your bikes here and instead finding a local bike shop or doing it yourself.

It was a mad house after the Super Bowl! The staff was so helpful. One even went back to find the specific item we were mailing to an out of state relative. Great stock!
