My family orders regularly from Firehouse, it it always during lunch time or slightly after. We ordered 3 sandwiches last night on 2/7/21 at 5:51pm our total cost was 32.00. My sandwich was a complete mess and did not recognize the meat in the sandwich. I called right away, talked to the manager. My take away from her was the following “If you want a special order have it spelled out in basic instructions on paper so her staff would know what to do. They have young kids working tonight”. But even then my turkey sandwich with cheese looked like something Dr Sandra Lee would take out of a patient. The manager offered a full remake on the items, but due to the weather no way was anyone going out again. She said I could pick them up tomorrow free of charge. I hung up and talked to my husband. I was in disbelief that.her employee couldn’t make a sandwich. Even if they can’t do a special order, they didn’t even do it right at all. Then come to find out my grandson, who had ordered a large smokehouse brisket came in and said his sandwich was also a disaster. Another one of Dr Lee’s specimens. He had taken his first bite, and couldn’t chew it. He opened the sandwich and found who knows what inside. I did not know about this at the time of my call. The third sandwich was fine. Given the turnover of restaurants and fast food places in my history of living in Liberty, I have thought a lot about our experience last night. I will not be taking the manager up on her offer. This is another food establishment that is off our list of places to eat. I’m tired of bad service and food being passed off as the norm. When you can’t even tell what meat is in your sandwich its scary. I have called and complained about many orders during my time in Liberty, but this is the first time I have written a review. Done with Firehouse Subs. Disappointed customer.

Of course the food is great but I felt compelled to write this review because of that deck! I didn’t know they had this outdoor seating option but it’s perfect with the current restrictions and any nice day for that matter! Food is always great, the staff is always friendly but great job with improving the situation even more with the outdoor seating guys! Also this company does great work with our first responders.

Couldn't get the online order to work but they made it easy for curbside pick up on a chilly night. They are always so friendly!

We LOVE firehouse subs! This sandwich stop blows its competitors away! The Hook & Ladder is my jam. They always have great service, quick and efficient! They’re always so kind and ensure all my kids leave feeling like firemen!

Amazing food & service. Very clean & appealing. We think it blows Subway away. Brisket, Meatball, Chicken Bacon Ranch Subs & Grilled Cheese sandwich we're all awesome. We'll definitely return.
