Easy to do business with, I prefer coming here then going over to home depot rental. Better prices here too.
Prices are better than the competition. Unfortunately, the equipment I have used is not very well maintained and doesn't perform as efficiently as it should. Nice folks , but no one is wearing masks! Maybe that's a Liberty Hill thing.
Gotta say great group working there. Easy to talk to and rent from. I rented a 12 inch chipper to clear about 50 trees. Worked great. Equipment was in excellent shape too. This will be my go to rental place from now on.
I rented a stump grinder for the second time from Cat Trax. The first time I rented one from them was on a Saturday and it malfunctioned about an hour after they closed. I called an left a message about the malfunction and returned the machine to them on on Monday. Their response to my situation was awesome. They took half off of the rental and assured me that they would help me out the next time I rented from them. Well over a year later, they did just what they promised. I rented a stump grinder again yesterday (09/30/2020) and they threw in a trailer rental to haul the grinder. I've rented from them in the past more than once and I'll continue to rent from them in the future. Their prices are great and their customer service is FANTASTIC!!!
