We’ve lived here a long time they keep changing owners and the name of this place. Which makes it difficult to remember. They say they are pet friendly, I can tell from experience they are not. and they keep raising the lot rent. Highly unrecommended. Also they harass their tenants.

Community has gone down hill and the office manager Sam Rivas is increasingly hostile. He starts every interaction on the defense and instantly defaults to insults and sarcasm as a “resolution” He does not know how to talk to people. This used to be a stress free place to live but now they are constantly introducing new policies designed to make it difficult on the residents. Threatening to tow vehicles while not providing guest parking options and sending lawn care services out unannounced and threatening to charge to name a few examples. Clearly these reviews are not actually considered because if you actually read them every single bad one names him specifically. We have lived here for years and have watched the hostility increase.

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! Where do I start? My family and I moved here and were told the home was ready for move in after whoever inspected the home red tagged it for heater issues. Well, the heater was not fixed when we moved in and in February during 30 degree weather, with an 11 month old, we didn’t have heat. It took them 10 days to get us a working heater. We also didn’t have hot water for 2 days after move in. We didn’t have a working oven for a couple weeks. Our home had a ton of electrical issues with half the homes lights not working and when it was brought to the property managers attention, it was never fixed. Whenever there was an issue they would send over a resident of the community to try and fix things and it never solved the problems. My fiances bike got stolen off of our property - someone cut the lock off of his bike - and the manager refused to give us the tape footage for us to see if we could see anything on there (we lived right next to the property manager who said he had cameras on his property). The manager is rude and disrespectful and would always bring issues up to me when I was alone outside with my kids putting them in the car. He would complain when I called or wrote emails that my problems needed to be in hand written notice yet he always came to talk to me at the most inconvenient times about whatever he needed to. We needed to contact corporate about some issues but they are so secretive that there’s no way of getting their information. This is the worst community we have ever lived in and we were so happy to finally move out and even broke lease to do so. It’s affordable which is the only thing this place has going for itself.
