I did not have a vehicle that could tow large equipment nor much knowledge on what I needed to complete a large earth-moving task. Going in to Mathis I was met with a friendly staff that consulted one another to find the best answers for my task. At one point there was an issue with the logistics and I needed some help with a mini skid I entangled as well as an additional dozer to push some of my uplifted land. These guys were quick to get back to me, moved things around to ensure I could get my work done, and understanding through the whole process. This is my go-to place for large equipment projects for me now, thank you Mathis Rental!

Rented a rock saw for 1 day with pickup and delivery included, It was delivered on saturday, I used it for 3 hours and finished with it the same day it was delivered, 4 days later the machine still sat in my yard, no one came for it so I called and the owners wife told me I was billed 2650.00 for 1 day rental because I didnt call on sunday for pickup, well I did call and they were closed. She told me too bad I initialed to agree to the charges if I didnt call. What a joke. Now working with credit card to recover the funds. Time and money wasted here.
