The only good thing about this place is the Espinaca con Queso and the service. Waitstaff were friendly and attentive, and even brought us extra chips and salsa to go, so high marks there. However, that being said, the house salsa was disappointing. The spice level was fine, but it was overall too creamy and not very fresh, giving the after-impression of ketchup after every bite. We tried the Baja burrito and the Carnitas burrito, both of which looked great on paper. They even looked okay on a plate. However, actually eating them makes you question how exactly they mistreated those ingredients to make them bite back like that. Somehow all of the combinations gave the impression of being Mexicanish, all while missing any of the flavor profiles that make Tex-Mex taste good. You know its bad when I'm actually feeling disappointed at the prospect of eating leftovers the next day. For the record though, they actually tasted better after sitting in a fridge and being warmed-over in a microwave. Yikes.

Was told the wait was 30 minutes, and to wait in our car. We did request a table. That isn't a big deal. Liberty is always busy. But 40 minutes go by and there are tons of large groups of people going in. And no one else was made to sit in their vehicles. And people were standing around inside. We gladly called, took our name off the list, and went elsewhere. It's a shame that a company sits bigger parties, before small groups. I will never be back to this location.
I celebrated my graduation today in this fine place. happy to tell that we had a sensational evening and the restaurant was surely the reason for the outstanding meeting. The waiters participated in a splendid style, the food was appetizing and my guests were very joyful. We shall no dout come back again for more events. thanks very much.

Chips and salsa was amazing! The chicken chimichangas was decent, but the rice was overcooked and dry. The red sauce for the kids was quite spicy when asked if it would be they said no. Normally attentiveness is great. But it felt overwhelming with 5 check ins within 5-10 minutes. However, the staff was very nice. Overall price was good for the portions.
