I'm posting my wife's experience getting a mammogram at Liberty hospital. She went in for her yearly mammogram & the young girl doing it rushed (she spent the least amount of time ever) through the procedure & then REFUSED to give her the results. a few days later she was told there was a PROBLEM & needed to have it done again. Then the second time, a different girl explained that the problem was the first girl didn't do it right. NOW we have to pay a LARGE bill for an un-needed mammogram all because the first girl didn't do her job right. tried to call & fix this, NOTHING DOING.... pay or go to collections!!! NO STARS for this kind of customer service.

Mammograms aren't at the top of the list of thing women enjoy doing, but Liberty Hospital Women's Imaging makes the experience much better! The office is more spa-like than clinical. The staff members are gentle during the exam. I like that no appointment is necessary, so I can go when it is convenient AND I get my results during the visit.

First of all, I cannot believe that someone could give a 1 star rating, based solely on a miscommunication with insurance and accounting....and that person wasn't even the patient. Very unfortunate. This facility is top notch - warm, comfortable, and nurturing from the moment you walk in the door. Having a mammogram is never a \fun\ time, but these women are so gentle and caring, that it truly is a breeze. I can't recommend it enough...and walk-in appointments too - very convenient. A beautiful, soothing environment, with caring professional women, start to finish. Great experience!

The staff at the imaging center were very professional and caring during my visits. I had several procedures and visits and each one was timely and I was treated with respect and made to feel comfortable. The addition of Dr. patel to the team means that you will get first class care.
