I've been working out here for three years. I'm 42 and in the best shape of my life. The team at CrossFit Freedom is top notch. They train a wide range of people. Some have never had an exercised before and others are elite athletes. They inspire all to be the best they can be. It's a great community that works out here. We all are supportive of each other and have a fun time getting in shape together.
I dropped in from out of town. I was immediately greeted by coach Kathy who is extremely professional and put the whole class through a thorough warmup and progressions for what we were doing that day. She gave me some helpful ques to improve what I was doing and I was also aware of her helping others with their teqnique. We started on time, didn’t feel rushed, and we finished on time. Everyone in the group was very welcoming and made me feel right at home. I will be back!
