My wife and I enjoy the viewing rooms upstairs. Like the couches and ottomans in the rooms so you plenty of room to relax. The security sitting right there when you come in adds to the reassurance that you have nothing to fear. Great selection of toys, videos, and other items in the shop on the ground floor. Would have been 5 stars, but some of the furniture needs replacing and several of the machines are psychotic about taking the dollars that the clerk gave me.

I have gone a couple of times and there seems to be a good etiquette that most people adhere to. I really appreciate the staff; I remember on one occasion a woman answered all of my questions in a positive manner and was warm and welcoming which made me feel comfortable about my experience. This is a place where I feel ok to be myself. I have only had positive experiences here and will return when things get back to normal. I miss going here.
