I originally was with another pool company in Marana. The Northwest company I was with was always out of town, was very slow to answer texts or calls and charged more. LIDO Pools is great! The service is awesome! Cara ALWAYS responds to questions almost immediately and the service is reasonably priced! I love my pool company!!!

Awesome service! I was impressed with the owner servicing my pool equipment, good old fashioned customer service. He did a great job at a fair price. I am gratified that there are still well mannered efficient services out there like Lido pool service. They put to shame the rest!
Love it! Everyone is friendly, informative and efficient. As new pool owners we've had many questions about it. We have a salt water pool and and have never thought about or worried about it. They are 100% reliable. We love them!
They were amazing. When setting up the service, they were very helpful on the phone. On the first day they came out and checked out the pool and really took the time to understand and to also explain to me all the workings of the pool. They were extremely nice and my 2 year old loved playing with them while they were here. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking.
