Mrs. Sandra ( Sandie ) McGowan on Feb. 15, 2021, was very courteous, personable and helpful even as she multi-tasked to get to all of her customers. We don't have a lot of experience with self-storage facilities. Sandie helped us tremendously in understanding the processes and procedures. Life Storage is an exceptionally clean and easy to use/access property. The amount of customer amenities is very eye-opening. We highly recommend contacting Sandie at the location on Arizona Ave and Germann for any and all moving and storage needs. I know we will take advantage of the exceptional customer service and customer amenities for all of our future moving and storage needs.

Life Storage on Arizona Ave is the best! I was one of the first occupants when they opened and I continue to get top notch service. Dwane, Brandon and the whole staff are outstanding. They are always help to anything and everything.
Super easy to rent online. Got my gate code, and my new lock was in the storage unit when I arrived. Super easy, and what a very clean and I nice facility. Love it.
I typically don't share reviews but the amazing customer service I received today from Sandra M. was impeccable. I was frustrated I had to move my belongings to a storage facility for 3 months until my house was completed but she made the process so easy, made me feel comfortable about my options and really took the time to walk me through everything (which space would be the best for me, security, etc.). A couple of people were at the facility and she addressed them by name and they knew her by name as well. She really not only turned a bad day into a good one but really makes me appreciate people like her who know how to really give great customer service and just be human...especially in a time like this. Thank you Sandra and Life Storage...you have a great employee :)
Came in to just window shop and inquire prices. Came in and was greeted by Brandon. He showed me around the complex helped me out with what I was looking for and then well I ended up just getting a unit. Great prices and specials, thank you again Brandon and Dwane for an easy transaction. RECOMMEND STORAGE!!!
