We have gone to LifeCare Animal Hospital for many years for all of our cats and dogs. We travel a considerable distance to go here because we trust them so very much. They have always been kind to us and our pets. They are trustworthy and have provided appropriate care without causing financial burdens we could not afford. The office is always clean. The staff has always been knowledgeable and courteous. We highly recommend LifeCare Animal Hospital.

Dr. Higbee was awesome. First it did take two calls to get Chopps in as they are like everyone else doing there part in slowing the spread of COVID. They did allow us to stay out and they took Chopps in to treat him. Dr. Higbee was very through and explained Chopps's condition to me in a way that I was able to understand. It has been 6 days and Chopps is doing so much better for an old guy. I have very high hopes that he will live a few more years. Thank you Dr. Higbee for your compassionate and caring service.

Dr Schmidt is who worked with me during my problems with my dog. I have to say he is awesome, amazing, took the time to talk to me n answered my questions. I did not feel rushed or anything while talking to him. Also he was very honest about options I had for my dog n trying to do what he could do to save us on money. The staff their is great and really care!! I would definitely give 5 stars. Thank you to Dr Schmidt n the staff for all your help!! Nicole B.

Brought my little girl in for help with what I thought was an upper respiratory infection. Dr. Didn’t even really look her over. A few weeks later I had to put her down. She had a mass growing in her throat!!! It was closing off her airway! Had to put her down before it completely cut off her air passage. It nearly destroyed me to find this out. So what did I pay for??? She started hiding on me. The Dr. gave me liquid antibiotics. She was fighting it all. She hated it!! Took her to the ER and they said the sound they heard was coming from her throat area not her lungs. They did an X-ray, there was a tumor very close to shutting off her air way. I had no choice but to put her down.
