Have been with the gym for about 4 months now, very pleased with the improvements that have been made in the short time I have been a member here. Referred a couple people myself, they are also pleased. Staff is very courteous. My 2 children love the staff in daycare. Plan on being a long term member!!!

Although the gym atmosphere is decent and has most of your typical gym needs, you won't find any sort of customer service there. My wife and I had a membership for a year (although the shrewd guy who signed us up put 18 months in their system). We were told that our first bill was for the "first and last month" of our term (thought to be 12 months). We were told that we would need to give a month's notice of canceling/ending our membership and the last month would be paid for already. We canceled in November (thinking December was the end of our term because we were moving. After I canceled, the guy who took my paperwork soon left (and apparently any relevant paperwork of my cancellation as well) I had to call again and again to get in touch with the billing department. It took almost 4 months just to get in touch with the billing department (upstairs at the gym). I confirmed that the lady was there before being transferred and yet she still never answered. I must of called at least 30 times in the last month just to get in touch with someone who could do anything about it. I'm glad I took a picture of my cancellation paper, since they had no record of it. I had to send in my lease (proof of moving) and multiple utility bills. It was a huge pain to work with them and it's going to take another month before I actually get the refund I'm due (since they kept charging my account 3 months after I cancelled). As I said, the gym itself is adequate and will suit any of your fitness needs. This review is more or less concerned about how unsound their customer service and ethical practices are. There are plenty of other reviews out there that echo this. Do yourself a favor and find another gym.
I have been a member of several gyms and never had a problem. This was by far the WORST GYM ever. I had no problem with the equipment. The place is run by crooks. They lie about prices of memberships, they charge a BS 50 annual fee for maintenance, I had to pay money just to quit. I tried to quit 3 times. It was a nightmare just getting to quit. Do not join.
AWFUL MANAGEMENT, RUDE, PUSHY! I signed up after being bullied January 2012. In February my job transfered me and their locations were not anywhere near me, plus I would be traveling for work. After only having membership for one month, they would not cancel. The two times I did use the gym, they were rude and very difficult to get along with. A trainer came up to me to try and sell me personal training, I told him I had a recent knee injury and needed to work -out under Dr orders and direction. He basically told me that was stupid and I was never going to get stronger listening to a Dr. When I called this December to make sure that no more monthly charges were going to be on my account, the manager, Paul would not fax or email the form. He finally told me I could send a certified letter to him to cancel. He said he would call me to confirm and never did. I had to call him. Awful business practices!
Was a good gym, nice staff. However it took over two months to quit, kept getting charged payments even though I had called and walked in to cancel my subscrition.
Nothing but crooks in this gym, horrible costumer services all they want is your monthly due. I change my card so they were not able to charge at the same card so instead of calling me asking for a new card or why my card was not working for them. They went and charge my Amex with out my authorization, how they got my Amex ??? first payment I used so they had it on file, but I only Autho. one time charge.DO NOT sign up with these CROOKS....
The staff was professional and kind.Also it has all the nessatys for getting in to notch shape plus a add bonus the gym is open 24 -7
