From beginning to end they made this an extremely easy and wonderful experience! From my first call with Chris, to the installation with Chad, and follow up with Holly. They've been nothing but wonderful. I would definitely recommend them for any ramp or any other accessibility needs.
Start to finish a great operation. We looked at other companies but this one seemed the best. I would recommend them to others.
Initial install and interaction was great. Ceiling lift equipment has been very reliable and other than one motor repair over the course of two years, it has worked flawlessly. HOWEVER, yesterday one of my ceiling lifts quit working and I called for ASAP service. They state I have a balance due of some sort, however, I've never received an invoice or even a phone call on this mysterious balance. They won't repair the lift and I'm really left in a bad care situation without this ceiling lift. EDIT: They resolved the issue. I've upgraded my rating.
