Our Food Pantry pallet jack stopped working so we called our regular service people. They wanted to charge us over 2,000 for repair. That's a lot of money for a small Food Pantry like ours. We called Mario at Lift Truck and they took care of us, and got us up and running in no time. They were fast, fair and wonderful to work with and they will have our business for life.

We had an old Towmotor forktruck which stopped working outside as we were unloading a truck. Called Lift truck. A guy comes out a day or two later. I am not at the shop but my son calls me and says there is a guy here to look at the fork truck but he says if he doesn’t get a check he is leaving. I ask if the guy has done any work yet and my son says no but he says he will leave if he doesn’t get a check. I am a little baffled as to this guys attitude but I tell my son to write him a check. The guy looks at it says he has to order the parts. A week goes by with no call back. I call them tell them my fork truck is still sitting in my parking lot under a tarp. They say it is old and they are looking for parts. This happens at least two more times. Never get them back out here. A friend of mine who is sort of a Jack of all trades looks at the Townotor. He finds the parts and orders them and has it running great now. So if you want to pay a service guy a 100. To look at your forktruck and then leave and never call you back this is the place to call.
