This company seems to operate as zoning, code enforcement and ordinance of behalf townships, Cities and Boroughs. They do not educate residents nor do they explain details of permits required by them for specific projects. They Lack equal treatment as in holding everyone at the same standard for ordinance, if you receive a letter regarding issues look around and see how many people do the same thing you have done and no contact is made to them, ask around. This company expects more writing, pictures, drawling etc than actual ordinances. They seem to act on complaints vs actual facts . They use dated forms to request information, they use threaten tactics, instead of using a notification process or questioning. Seems these threats tactics are used for collecting fees vs any real concerns. They do not address concerns they use there own subjective opinions from picture to make decisions on any potential violation. The staff very rude and condescending especially “Pat”, I would suggest calling your council members and ask to be added to an agenda and or submit a complaint to address the issues.

This company is in the business of increasing regulation for citizens within boroughs and municipalities. Inspection and code enforcement are there primary sources of income. Steer you boroughs and municipalities away from this outfit.

I gave the owner a few days to call me back but apparently that task was too much for her. When your employee runs a red light almost causing a wreck and nearly hits not one but two pedestrians then you have a problem. To have to jump back out of cross walk to avoid getting hit when both myself and other pedestrian had the right of way is ridiculous. Even more so to watch your employee whose license plate I took down and reported at 2nd and Girard hop out of the company vehicle and go into the wine and spirit store. He needed a drink that bad he could've killed 2 people. That situation could've ended horribly. You should know how to take responsibility for your employees.
