Bought ring LEDs to retrofit my ceiling fan's light. Shipping a bit slow due to out of stock, but seller was very informative/communicative. Good price. Good quality light. Super bright.

Great customer service! I made an online purchase of LED light bars from this company for a home improvement project. The price was great on the items, and I ordered additional accessories. A short time later I received a call from Kelly in the office who was calling to let me know that some of the accessories I ordered were included with the light bars, so I wouldn't need them, and the other accessory was out of stock. Kelly offered me other alternatives to accomplish my task and confirmed with someone else that it would work for me, calling me back promptly. Kelly credited me for the items I didn't need and replaced the out of stock items with the items she suggested. I'm still in disbelief of the friendly and helpful customer service that is otherwise lost in today's era of e-commerce. I will definitely go out of my way to do business with this company in the future.
