I love everything about shopping at JR Dunn Jewelers. It starts with their stand alone convenient location. My go to person there is Trish. For years Trish has assisted me in purchasing unique jewelry and Rolex watches. I find their selection is the best in South Florida. I met Andrew who is extremely knowledgeable friendly and professional and took all the time I needed to work with me on finding the perfect diamond and setting for our special occasion. Rachel was amazing! I was a bit intimidated with finding an engagement ring prior to going to J.R. Dunn, but after meeting Rachel she made the entire process smooth and easy. She never rushed us and presented us with our options with a healthy amount of advice when needed. Rachel was very responsive during the entire process and gave updates with the ring after everything was finalized. It was a joy working with her and I would highly recommend going to her if you are also in the market for an engagement ring!

November 2017 Absolutely amazing customer service and quality work. My husband (fiancé at the time) stopped here after searching for his wedding ring for weeks. We had James assisting us with his ring. James was very professional,patient and answered all the questions we had. Another amazing hint was we didn’t feel pressured to buy, which is not what we had experienced prior to J.R Dunn. We purchased his ring there and they cleaned my engagement ring set at no cost! Which was very kind considering we did not purchase it here. We have had to go back for a few things and their customer service is impeccable and honest. Please shop and buy here! Great local company with wonderful staff! March 2019 Update and new review!!! We returned to J.R Dunner because of their wonderful customer service and we had another incredible experience! We dropped my ring off to be soldered and cleaned. We dropped it off on Saturday at the end of the day and it was ready today on Tuesday March 26th. Fast,friendly and quality service. Thank you for yet another lovely experience.
