Since I started with Lightning Sales & Marketing Group, I've had a truly great experience. Training is the best I've ever been through, and I've been in sales and customer service for 18 years now. The person that trained me went step-by-step through everything that I needed to learn. She is also always available to answer questions. We communicate almost every day, which has been very key to my success. We're always on the same page - which helps to make the overall program successful. I love my job and I really do love working for Lightning!
